Corporate Social Commitment

Supporting diversity and inclusion has always been at the core of our company; reflected in how we support our clients and the communities in which we work, live and recruit and employ our talent.  Most importantly, it has been our longstanding commitment (and will continue to be our commitment) to build and sustain a workplace where talented people with diverse viewpoints, characteristics, gender (binary and non-binary including LGBQT+) and backgrounds can come together to deliver the highest quality services for a fair price and realize the joy of professional contribution and personal development.

We know our workplace culture must reflect our broader society in order to understand and serve our clients, people and communities best. Embracing equity, and diversity as a cornerstone of our values not only amplifies important viewpoints and fosters innovation in the face of difficult and complex questions, but is also simply the right thing to do.

As with the more recent social issues concerning recognition and respect for all; Reconciliation, and concerning the impact we have on the marginalized when we do not recognize and respect all, we further acknowledge the lands of the Treaty 7 Territory.
